Isara Gunther & Mechanic staff of Development Research Laboratory.

"Valkyria Chronicles"is a Japanese tactical role-playing game developed by Sega exclusively for the PlayStation3.

The game is set in the fictional world of Europe in 1930, in the country of Gallia.
Welkin's sixteen-year-old sister who cares greatly for her comrades. She drives and maintains the unique tank Edelweiss that her adoptive father designed in the First Great European War . The shawl she wears signifies that she is a member of the Daruks.
